Barak Hosting provides a 30-day money back guarantee with all our website hosting plans. If, for ANY reason, you are not satisfied with our products and/or service we will provide you a full refund (minus any overage charges) if you choose to cancel your account within the first thirty (30) days from the date of the order. After 30 days no refunds are available. Allow ten working days for all refunds to be processed through our accounting department.

As we require written notification of the cancellation phone calls are not accepted.
Our 30 Day Guarantee refund program does not include any service or products specially ordered such as Dedicated Servers, Domain registrations and/or renewals, IP addresses, SSL and merchant accounts.
If your account is cancelled as a result of any violation of Barak Hosting's Terms of Service (TOS) the 30 day Money Back Guarantee will be void.
